Closed Loop Galvanometer Series: 6860

The 6860 series of closed loop galvanometers combines Cambridge Technology's moving magnet actuator technology and our patented moving dielectric capacitive position detector design. This combination offers superior positioning speed and higher resolution accuracy and repeatability of any moving magnet galvanometer. The 6860 family scanning systems can be designed and optimized for speed, size, cost and accuracy with typical beam diameters between 5 and 30 mm.

Model 6860 Moving Magnet Capacitive Position Detector Optical Scanner

Supports 5 mm and 10 mm apertures.
